We are not a contractor and do not perform, price or bid work. The licensed contractor named on this page quotes and contracts directly.

• Cumberland Land Works is a referral service. We do not do the dirt work ourselves. We pass your request to one vetted, licensed local contractor for your county, and that contractor gives you the quote.
• Cumberland Land Works is not a contractor and does not bid, offer, negotiate or perform construction, excavation, clearing or grading work.
• Any agreement, price, payment, schedule, permit, warranty or liability for the work is between you and the contractor you choose to hire.
• Prices on this site are published estimates for Middle Tennessee, with sources listed. They are not quotes or offers.
• We check that preferred contractors hold an active Tennessee contractor license, but you should confirm licensing, insurance and references yourself before hiring. You can look up a license on the state's public Verify search^[1].
• Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation. The contractor may pay us a referral fee. We never add anything to your quote.
